Where can I find my security code?
Scan the XFOG QR label to open the verification page, or enter the full 14-character code from your packaging.
What if my code has already been checked?
You will see the first check time and total number of checks. A repeat result may come from your own earlier check. If you have never checked it before, confirm the product source with your supplier.
What if my code cannot be found?
Check the characters and try again. A code that cannot be found is not enough on its own to prove a counterfeit. Keep the packaging and contact the supplier shown on it.
Does a matching code guarantee the physical product?
A match confirms that the code exists in XFOG records. Codes can be copied, so also check the packaging and any previous verification activity.
